For over 32 years, MSS Logistics Services has developed the largest and most skilled subcontractor network in North America. Hundreds of these service specialists make up the core, primary unit of technicians that perform the majority of our services.
This primary MSS network is held to stringent quality standards and is subject to extensive background checks. Additionally, each technician is required to attain MSS technical training certification as well as maintain full compliance with safety and drug-free workplace requirements.
MSS Logistics Services coordinates assignments with our subcontractors through our proprietary field-service and dispatch system. This system’s capabilities guarantee constant communication and ongoing follow-up on every work order. MSS Logistics Services also customizes information workflow and system processes which allow us to comply with our customers’ individual paperwork and communication needs.
